PRODUCT TERMS
 
ALL product photo(s) shown on this website are mainly for illustration & reference purposes only. In consideration of timely delivery of the product, and also the materials used might be seasonal available only, the actual product might be substituted with alternative similar/equal material, or greater value material, while maintaining the quality & aesthetics of the final product.
 
ADD ON PRODUCT TERMS
 
All additional gifts option (add on products) are only available as add-on to flowers arrangement purchases (main product) and cannot be purchased at its own. If customer accidentally purchased the add on product without attach with any main product, we reserved the right to cancel the order and we will refund the purchased amount after deducting the commission imposed by our payment gateway supplier or deducting any fees incurred in processing the refund such as internet banking service charge, cheque processing fee and etc.
 
CANCELLATION TERMS
 
-We strictly do not accept any refund/returns or cancellation for same-day delivery order.
 
-Any cancellation or change of date needs to be informed at least 3 days in advance with Our Customer Service Via Whatsapp (+60122336359) or email to florestajen@gmail.com.
 
- Any cancellation requested by customer on confirmed order with full payment remitted will subject to 50% cancellation fees on total payment amount. Except for cancellation requested by Floresta (such as product not available) will not subject to cancellation fees. The remaining 50% refund will be given to the customer at the discretion of Floresta.
 
SHIPPING / DELIVERY TERMS
 
We will try our very best to deliver your order at your preferred selected date/time during ordering on this website but with no guarantee promises due to uncertainty condition in traffic / weather / delivery vehicle. However, you may contact our florist directly at (+6) 03-2162 9866 or (+6) 012-233 6359 to get the likely delivery date/time that can be arranged by our despatch.
 
Delivery Zone
 
Due to logistic issue we DO NOT offer delivery order to other state at this moment 
 
Delivery Time 

All deliveries will be arranged as below:

 Monday to Friday

  Office address: anytime between 9am to 5pm

  Residential address: anytime between 9am-6pm

Saturday

Office address: anytime between 9am-5pm 

Residential address: anytime between 9am-6pm

- All special timing requests will be reviewed and advised accordingly via email or phone call. Our team will try our best to suit the preferred delivery time range, there is no guarantee on this.

Failed Delivery
 
If an attempted delivery fails (such as wrong address specified on the order or recipient unavailability), We reserve the right to charge additional cost to re-deliver . There will be no refund if the order is subsequently cancelled.
 
Delivery Pratice
 
All orders will be delivered to the Recipients address submitted by the Sender but not necessarily to the named Recipient personally. Our deliver team will try our best to hand over the flowers or gift to the named Recipient directly to the time of delivery.
 
Sender must provide at least 1 contact number for recipient e.g. mobile phone.
Please provide alternative contact number if available e.g. 2nd mobile phone / office phone / house phone. We will confirm the address with recipient again before delivery.
We will NOT reveal the actual item until it received by recipient because we understand most of the sender need the gift/flower to be a surprise.
 
Delivery During Peak Season
 
During the Peak / Season Festive E.G Valentine's Day/ Mothers Day, Fathers Day ,Christmas, New Year, kindly place your order 5 days in advance. Customer may still call in and confirm with us on the delivery availability if customer unable to place the order 5 days in advance.
Due to unusually higher demand during peak/festive season , We will try to accommodate your special time request to the best of our abilities. Otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date.
 
Delivery During Valentine's Day
 
We will try our best effort to arrange your delivery during Valentine's Day as per below schedule but with no guarantee promises due to uncertainty condition in traffic / weather / delivery vehicle:-
 
Delivery to Office Address - Anytime between 9am to 6pm
Delivery to Residential Address - Anytime between 9am to 8pm
 
PEAK SEASON PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
 
During the peak seasons, especially Valentine's Day (14th February) and other celebrations, due to the high demand in the market, the flower costs especially Roses will increase sharply. Due to this, FLORESTA reserved the right to increase price accordingly during these seasons period.
 
Our product price will be adjusted 1 to 3 weeks before the related peak season (especially Valentine's Day), and will ONLY accept order from our Valentine's Day Collections or any other Peak Season Collection. Delivery for Valentine's Day or other Peak Season period shall comply with order date at least 5 days in advance before the delivery take place. Customer may still call in and confirm with us on the delivery availability if customer unable to place the order 5 days in advance.
 
FLORESTA reserved the right to reject and refund to customer if the order placed before the price adjustment period (1 to 3 weeks before peak seasons) but delivery date fall between the price adjustment period. The same apply to customer place order within the price adjustment period but the delivery date does not comply with at least 5 days in advance before the delivery date.
